Please complete the information below to nominate a person or enterprise for the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award.  All submissions property of TEV Law Group.  Additional information may be required from the nominee.  The Award is a recognition award only.  The Entrepreneurial Spirit Award is awarded based upon sole TEV's discretion and evaluation of traditional American values in entrepreneurship, including but not limited to (and not necessarily in this order):

  • Vision, Knowledge, Courage and Tenacity (the Entrepreneurial Cardinal Virtues ™)
    [Vision: forward view and goal-setting, Knowledge: command of industry information, Courage: moving forward amidst adversity, Tenacity: sustaining and enduring adversity]

  • Determination to succeed amidst challenges

  • Leverage of resources (creating something from nothing)

  • Independence of Financial Resources; that is, acquisition of financing in arms' length transactions

  • Number and quality of nomination submissions with distinct personal stories or arguments in favor

  • How the nominee has helped or helps others along the way
