The logistic required for certain entities is that paperwork must be filed with the Department of State of the formation jurisdiction.  For example, the following entities require a filing with the Department of State:

• Next day or no special timing required:  We require your information by 4:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the date of the intended date of incorporation.  No extra fee. 

• Same day: We require your information by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the intended date of incorporation.  Additional fees apply. 

In our experience, most clients prefer the next day service.  Next day service permits the security of an assured filing date.  However, when timing is at a premium in an emergency situation, contact us about same day service.

In most cases, if you prefer, in the interest of time and allowing you to concentrate on your business, our law office can take advantage of certain provisions of the business corporation law that do not require you to meet with us physically until after the company has been duly incorporated.  We can achieve your incorporation (or limited partnership or limited liability company) using email and telephone as the sole method of communication!

It is important to note that, because our office practices law--a licensed profession--we can only provide services for persons who have engaged our services pursuant to our standard policies.  Therefore, you should allow sufficient time to manage the initial engagement of the firm as well as any tailoring to documents.  There can also be limitations such as non-working days, etc.
