NOTARY SERVICES

A Notary Public is a state-appointed official who is charged to handle ministerial actions for the state in which the Notary Public has been appointed.

At our law firm, we have multiple duly-appointed Notary Publics who are available to assist you.  Generally, the service most often supplied is to "notarize" a signature or to take a sworn statement, an Affidavit.  Also, many documents that are ultimately recorded in public indices must or should be notarized; e.g., Last Will and Testament, Living Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Real Estate Deeds.

If you require Notary services, please call us to schedule an appointment.  Also, please remember to bring two forms of picture identification.  There is no charge for this service for our engaged clients.
